{"id":1501,"date":"2022-08-30T15:42:04","date_gmt":"2022-08-30T13:42:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.campinglesvagues.fr\/faq"},"modified":"2022-10-25T11:31:07","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T09:31:07","slug":"faq","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.campinglesvagues.fr\/en\/faq","title":{"rendered":"FAQ"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frequently asked questions<\/h1>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vert-color\">Are pets allowed?<br\/><\/mark><\/strong>(Yes, in rentals as well as in pitches by adding a supplement).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vert-color\">How can we book a stay?<br\/><\/mark><\/strong>(You must pay a deposit of 25% of the total amount at the time of booking, knowing that the balance is to be finalized the day of your arrival).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vert-color\">When do we have to pay our balance?<br\/><\/mark><\/strong>(You will pay your balance directly the day of your arrival at the campsite).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vert-color\">Are there any bonds to be given?<br\/><\/mark><\/strong>(If you have made a reservation, for a pitch we will need a deposit of 10\u20ac for the gate pass and for a rental a deposit check of 200\u20ac).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vert-color\">What payment methods are accepted?<br\/><\/mark><\/strong>(We accept payment by credit card, cheque, vacation vouchers or cash).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vert-color\">Do you offer cancellation insurance?<br\/><\/mark><\/strong>(You will be able to subscribe to a cancellation insurance if you wish it directly with the FFCC organization: French federation of campers and caravanning). This is independent of the reservation made in our establishment.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vert-color\">Is it possible to rent baby equipment (bed, baby chair)?<br\/><\/mark><\/strong>(For the rentals, it is possible to rent the baby equipment for an extra 15\u20ac each, per week).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vert-color\">From what time can we arrive?<br\/><\/mark><\/strong>(For rentals, arrivals are made either before 12:00 am when possible or from the beginning of the afternoon for 2:00 pm and the pitches are free from 12:00 pm).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vert-color\">Do you rent out sheets for rentals?<br\/><\/mark><\/strong>(We offer sheet rental for 15\u20ac per pair).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vert-color\">Do you offer refrigerator rental for the pitches?<br\/><\/mark><\/strong>(We have weekly refrigerator rentals for 35\u20ac).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vert-color\">Can I cancel a reservation if I do not have insurance?<br\/><\/mark><\/strong>(If you wish to cancel your reservation without having subscribed to the cancellation insurance, this is possible but we will be unable to reimburse you for the deposit paid).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vert-color\">When can we book for the next season?<br\/><\/mark><\/strong>(The reservation schedule opens in October, you can contact us directly by email, by phone or via our website).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Frequently asked questions Are pets allowed?(Yes, in rentals as well as in pitches by adding a supplement).
